2012 Malta-Commonwealth Third Country Training Programme - Public Administration and Management

The Commonwealth Secretariat and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malta, are pleased to announce the 2012 courses offered under the Malta-Commonwealth Third Country Training Programme (MTCTP). The MTCTP began in 1995 and since then over 1,250 Commonwealth officials have been trained in areas where Malta has a comparative advantage.
